God of Miracles:

God of Miracles:
a. Emmanuel is completely healed of strange skin
disease which has no cure according to the Skin Specialist. Emmanuel
says “I trusted in the great doctor King Jesus who has no
limits. After a prayer and command of Faith in the Name of Jesus,
I watched this skin disease that had covered half my body, disappear
in an instant.
b. “Depression, Hypertension and other diagnosis
from my doctor had condemned me to a life of disability and fear,”
says Nana. “Thank God for the Word of Faith preached in Joy
House, I have received my deliverance, I have new excitement about
life. I have also safely and with good health given birth to my
second baby. That is special to me because I was told I was high
risk and should avoid having another baby. Praise be to God.
c. “The earth is the Lord’s and everything
in it ...” Psalm 24:1. Lil says “3 weeks after the Home
Office had categorically refused my application for indefinite stay,
they write back to apologise and give me my stay. This happened
the week the church focussed prayer on immigration problems.”
Prayer makes the angels busy. Naby adds “ I was on the absconded
list as I had refused to attend court. I received my Indefinite
Leave to Remain same week.” Doreen says “The immigration
picked me up for working illegally and put me in a detention centre.
They had concluded all procedure and were just about to deport me.
I knew the church was praying but the joy of the answer overwhelmed
me. They came to me, apologised and asked me to go as my application
is under reconsideration. The miracle is I had no outstanding application.
I was also told that disciplinary action had been initiated against
some officers who were rude to me. God is great.” This is
just a sample of testimonies as people continue to live a life of
Victory.
.
The Church In Brent:
a. Thank God for co-operation among the Christian
Churches in Brent. We are definitely making an impact on our community,
making them experience the love of God. The churches continue to
gather for 24 hour prayer sessions on the 3rd friday of every month.
This is facilitated by Prayer for Brent and has contributed immensely
to the change we see in Brent. This is co-ordinated by Pastor Martin
of Joy House London.

b. United Evangelism In Brent brings together
several churches going out together on the streets to bring the
Good News of Jesus Christ to the community. Their Family Fun Days
have been praised by all. (You can view pictures of the last one
held in July at the Unity Centre in Church End Estate). This is
co-ordinated by Pastor Yinka of Joy House London.
c. Graham Kendrick in Concert at Town Hall Brent.
What a great time we had with Graham and Band and a choir made up
of several local churches on Friday, 11th December. It was a time
of great relaxation under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. The
Mayor of Brent, our local MPs, Councillors and Heads of Services
were all in attendance. What a Jesus way to usher in Christmas.
BRENT THE MOST MULTI CULTURAL BOROUGH IN EUROPE WILL SURELY BE A
PRAISE FOR JESUS
International Ministry
a. The premier university in Ghana - University
of Ghana, Legon - hosted a team from Joy House in “The Anointed
to Rule Conference.” This conference from 27th to 30th October
shook the Campus of this great university. It was well covered in
a local newspaper and the university FM station. Many testified
to the transformation this conference has brought to them. A national
football team player who had been sidelined because of injury was
instantly healed and has begun training again. Testimonies continue
to come in from students, lecturers and workers who were blessed.
b. Our television programme - JOYFLOW - which
is also aired in mainland Europe and Africa is bringing in a steady
flow of PARTNERS from these 2 continents. We have received encouraging
testimonies from several countries and invitations to visit. We
give God the glory. In His time and by His direction, we will fulfill
the mandate on this ministry.
c. Joyhouse Trust, for 2010 is sponsoring
5 students in the Limpopo area of South Africa with full scholarships
for their education and living. We are also setting up 8 widows
in business in the same district. To God be the glory. The joy on
the faces of these young people and widows who otherwise would have
struggled makes it all worthwhile.
